During remote learning this year students from Year 7 through to Year 12 were presented with significant challenges. Students completed a series of design exercises and safety exercises.
The benefits of remote learning were students learned the importance of research and design work prior to production. They also completed work on personal protective equipment and with the COVID-19 situation, now realise its importance in the workshop.
Since returning to school, students have been very enthusiastic to get “back on the tools” and start production on their design work from remote learning.
